Tuttocapsule Training Center is an innovative and immersive training center.

The main objective of Tuttocapsule's Training Center is to develop the skills of store employees through a training organized inside a classroom set-up, in order to specifically recreate an immersion in a coffee plantation.

To know, to grow and to innovate by allowing even the less experienced to learn, these are the cornerstones on which to design the new development of Tuttocapsule, a chain that has always strongly focused on training as a strategic and differentiating element, as well as a commercial resource and a tool to increase everyone's skills and participation.
